You deserve a space to be truly heard, understood, and supported in your journey toward healing and growth. Whether you are navigating the challenges of addiction, working through relationship struggles, or seeking support for neurodiverse challenges, I am here to help.
Together, we’ll work on understanding your emotions, developing practical coping skills, and uncovering the tools you need to live a fulfilling and authentic life.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), both of which are proven approaches for helping clients transform negative thought patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and develop healthier behaviors.
As a Licensed Addiction Counselor, I support individuals and families affected by drug, alcohol, pornography, and sex addiction, creating personalized plans for recovery and emotional well-being.
In addition, I work closely with neurodiverse adults, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), to help improve workplace experiences and navigate the social nuances involved in professional and social settings. I assist individuals in developing strategies for effective communication, social engagement, and stress management, empowering them to feel more confident and successful in both work and social environments.
I believe in fostering a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where every client—whether an individual, couple, or family—feels empowered to explore their deepest struggles and build healthier connections. My goal is to guide you in overcoming life’s obstacles while embracing your individuality and cultivating a sense of inner peace.
If you're ready to begin this journey toward healing, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Reach out today—let’s get started.
